Q: Dear Dr.
Can you tell me a little something about aromatherapy? Is it true that certain aromas can help put you in certain moods?
Best Regards,
A:Aroma Therapy means the therapy for will being by using essential oils that have scent that can go through the nasal mucusa through your brain at the limbic system from all over the body. Not every aroma oils cane benefit every one in the same manner. One should use the right scent then all your body system will be balanced.
We define human to 4 elements each elements suit for each group of aromatic oils. If you use the wrong one it will do harm to you such as increasing blood pressure, headache, stomach ache or even diarrhea. If you use the right one you will get a lot of benefits.
So Certain Aromas can help certain people in certain moods.
Best Regards,

Q:Dear Dr.
I studied in the United Kingdom when I was younger and during my time there developed some red, itchy and very dry splotches on my elbows and lower leg that were later diagnosed as psoriasis. My doctor prescribed some ointment, which while controlling it, failed to clear it. However, within months of returning to Thailand it had, much to my relief, disappeared. However, recently, a few years later, it seems to have returned. I have starting using a similar ointment, but the blotches persist. Any idea what might have triggered it? And are there more powerful treatments available that might rid me of this unsingtly nuisance?
Best Regards,
A: Your skin disease of Psoriasis” is a kind of scaly red sploches appear symmetrically at both sides of extremities and middle of trunk usually trigger by “stress” That’s while it worse in UK and relief when you come back to Thailand for vacation
There are many kinds of treatments which should go step by step from topical vitamin D to steroid and oral vitamin A acid to antitumor drug (because the disease comes from the abnormality of fast shedding of the upper layers of skin leaving silvery like a cabs) or phototherapy with UVA of UVB in combination will oral and Topical medicines which should be continuously evaluated by dermatologist.
The disease is a benign one, never turn malignant nor contagious and no real cure therapy but can be controlled. Stress is the biggest trigger factor. So make up your mind and follow what your dermatologist suggest or you can consult us at Bangkok Dermatology Center.
Best Regards
