INCREASE OF ELASTIN FORMATION
The formation of elastin in an “in vitro” test with reconstituted human skin using the Western-Blot method was detected. An average of 8% increase after 7 days of incubation was observed. Results were quantified through electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gels. |

“IN VIVO” ANTI-WRINKLE ACTIVITY
Skin topography analysis to measure the effectiveness of P-BTX Eye Lifting Serum Complex were performed obtaining imprints of crow’s feet from around the eyes form 10 healthy volunteers under treatments performed by an expert medical group. Imprints were obtaining after 0 and 30 days of treatment. Analysis was performed by confocal laser scanning microscopy to assess the evolution of the macro micro-surface of the skin before and after the treatment. Three dimensional reconstruction of optical sections and statistical image analysis of the skin macro and micro-rough are shown in Figure. A50% decrease in the depth of the wrinkles around the eyes was observed. |
