I FORMATION
The concentration of collagen
Type I on a “in vitro” test with reconstituted human
skin was determined using the method Dot Blot on
human keratocytes on a feeder layer of fibroblasts
on a cellular 3T3. An increase in the levels of
collagen Type I of around 20% and 80% after 7 and
15 days of incubation was detected. |

INCREASES OF COLLAGEN TYPE IV FORMATION
An increase of Collagen Type IV levels of around 16% and 74% after 7 and 15 days of incubaton was determined by the Dot Blot test on reconstituted skin. |
