“IN VITRO” Healing Effect The healing effect of P-CGF Nourishing Emulgel was clearly observed in “in vitro” tests on co-cultures of epidermic human keratinocytes(HEK-3T3SA) in the presence and absence of P-CGF,where and “in vitro” linear wound was induced as can be observed in Fig. Proliferatin of healing fibroblasts was detected after three days of adding P-CGF.
